The Discraft Nuke is a max-speed distance driver designed for maximum distance. It carries a small amount of high-speed turn followed by a strong fade, which lets it hold a long line before finishing back predictably. The Nuke rewards high arm speed with big distance, and it holds up well in wind thanks to its overall stability. It works for long open drives, sidearm bombs, and flex shots where you want the disc to travel far before coming back. This is a driver for advanced players. If you cannot get it up to speed it will fade out early and travel shorter than a slower driver would, so it is not a good starting point for newer throwers.

Common questions

Is the Discraft Nuke good for beginners?
No. It is one of Discraft's fastest drivers and requires significant arm speed. Newer players will get more distance from a slower driver.
What is the Nuke good for?
Maximum-distance drives on open holes, sidearm throws, and long flex lines for players who can bring a speed 13 driver up to full speed.
What is the difference between the Nuke and the Nuke OS?
The Nuke OS is the more overstable version, built for wind and utility shots with a harder finish. The standard Nuke carries a longer, straighter line with more distance potential.
